Cornish Native Oyster Served in a Camel Valley Jelly
___________ ___ ___________
Cornish Native Oysters are supplied to some of the top oyster and fish restaurants in London, Bristol, Dorset and of course Cornwall.
I have listed a few places where you can book a table and request Cornish Native Oysters are available when you wine and dine, these chef's have been loyal customers for years and they are good friends too! However, not all are listed here because we take pride in the product and don't feel we need to advertise on the back of celebrity or Michelin star chef's, nor do we want other businesses pestering our celebrity and Michelin star chef's!.

Pandora team wins Cornwall Catering Excellence Challenge 10/02/2010
Chef Dale McIntosh and his team scored a fantastic victory in the Cornwall Catering Excellence Challenge on Monday night (8 Feb). In a tense cook-off judged by a panel of Michelin-starred chefs, lecturers, restaurant owners and food critics, they beat five other teams from top restaurants and hotels in the county.
One of the judges, Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw, described Dale's starter of 'Cornish Native Oyster set in Camel Valley Jelly' as one of the best dishes he had ever tasted.

"Chris, Just a little feedback on the oysters. We’ve had some really good comments from customers about the oyster, ranging from ‘superb’ to ‘amazing’. One customer said that he hadn’t had Natives for a while because he felt that there was not much difference in taste between rocks and natives, but a big difference in price, but that the Cornish Natives reminded him of how oysters were supposed to taste and that they were the best he had ever eaten. We’ll speak next week and hope you have a good weekend."
